Pushing ~ Pulling
Chasing ~ Running
Holding on ~ Letting go
Until we eventually find our BALANCE ☯︎
in a healthy relationship 💞
Sometimes that will be with another,
other times it will be with ourselves.
Regardless of our relationship status,
everyone is learning lessons in love,
and no matter how much we want it,
some relationships just won’t work out.
But if I AM the love …
Do we really fall out of it?
When did LOVE become the relationship?
LOVE is a state of being,
our thoughts constantly interrupt.
To tell us what love IS and isn’t,
but those voices don’t always speak the truth.
Being in a relationship is a choice,
and a commitment we make,
but even the best relationships will eventually end,
because NOTHING lasts forever.
When love is lost the suffering begins,
and the missing begins to guide us IN,
to the depths of ourselves.
LOSS triggering us to heal …
We seek FAITH ✝☪✡
Because the struggle is real,
and the pain of loss uncomfortable.
So we strengthen our faith to feel better,
but our faith based beliefs
are also forever changing.
If I AM the love …
Do we really lose it?
In the past religious beliefs externalised the Divine
The Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost
became the patriarchy of control.
Worshipping the sacred Masculine
Suppressing the sacred Feminine
SPIRIT became an energy outside of us,
something that belongs in heaven or hell.
Disconnection creating more struggle,
and the suffering became purposeful.
We’ve created a world of judgement …
The right and the wrong
The sinner and the saint
The righteous and the damned
We seek HOPE ✨️
Because we want to create another world
That’s why spiritual based beliefs
are internalising the Divine.
The sacred feminine reclaiming her place,
to challenge the toxicity.
So we can heal the collective wounds,
and create something NEW 💫
The Mother, the Maiden and the Crone
becomes the matriarch of connection
We feel her presence in the heart 💖
Regardless of our gender,
she is RISING within us ALL 🔥
Because ALL change starts within us …

We ALL see the contrast
between traditional structures and systems,
and the internal archetypes and stories.
The objective truth of authority,
that’s driven by the ego’s need to control.
The subjective truth of experience,
that’s driven by the desire to restore balance
Each truth is reflective of the inner battle,
between the head and the heart.
A battle we ALL must eventually fight,
to experience the sacred union within.
I’ve suffered many heartbreaks, 💔
and experienced plenty of head fucks 🤯
To learn the TRUTH about LOVE
TRUE LOVE isn’t found in another,
it’s a deep presence within us,
that we intentionally share with another.
Sharing from a place of wholeness,
and not a place of need.
Choosing to BE with someone,
without needing to fill the emptiness in another.
Imagine …
A relationship with less fear,
because we feel secure,
know our worth,
and believe love can’t be lost.
A relationship with more freedom,
because we’re not afraid to BE alone,
so being together becomes a choice.
A relationship with deeper growth,
because we are growing together
IN LOVE as individuals.
How many people are living that truth?
Genuine love requires honesty,
and seeks the well-being of another.
Love without truth becomes empty
Truth without love feels cold
TRUE LOVE desires what’s best for ALL
We become an expression of love,
by LETTING GO of everything that isn’t love.
LOVE is caring for ourselves,
and prioritizing our own well-being.
LOVE is speaking the truth in our hearts,
with courage and compassion.
LOVE is real, honest and authentic,
but it’s always kind.
That’s why LOVE makes others feel seen, safe, supported and valued.
LOVE is fully present in the moments,
and it anchors us in the storms.
LOVE is forever hopeful,
and it gives us the wings to fly.
